Use the simple traffic light system to enter how you feel in your body and mind, before and after attending a Move it or Lose it class. The app will automatically track you progress and you’ll be able to see how the class is benefiting your health and wellbeing one month at a time!

It only takes a few seconds to do; enter your scores once per day before and after attending a class.
